The purpose of collecting and holding this personal information is to establish and maintain records of clients, suppliers and sub-contractors in order that we can provide effective and efficient service.

Use and Disclosure
Tomax Logistics New Zealand will not use or disclose personal information about an individual for a purpose other than the primary purpose for which it was collected, unless it falls into the areas addressed by National Privacy Principles.
